Delivery/Shipping Guidelines

We have several options to ensure your order is fulfilled in a timely manner. Some of our items are delivered to you directly from your local store, others come nationally from one of our warehouses or vendors. The amount of time your order will be in transit varies according to item location, category, size, weight, and shipping/delivery type.

Shipping

Smaller, lighter weight items will be sent via UPS. Shipping time depends on factors such as processing time in our locations and UPS availability. The majority of orders will ship within 48 hours of order. You will receive a UPS tracking code via email once your order is ready to ship.

Delivery

At motion, the majority of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind items which may only be available at certain locations. Delivery prices and dates depend on where your item(s) are located around the country. Once your order has been placed, falling-waters.com will calculate the distance between your delivery address and the origin of the item being delivered.
Please note: Orders with multiple items may arrive separately as they may come from different locations.

Once your item is added to cart, you will be able to see if your item(s) qualify for local or national delivery in the Order Summary based on your delivery zip code and item location.

    • Local Delivery:
      Your item(s) qualify for local delivery if they are located within 75 miles of your delivery address. Once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for delivery. A Sears Outlet customer service representative will call to schedule delivery. You will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.

Please note: Certain rural locations, or remote/island deliveries will not qualify for hook-up/haul away services, may not have delivery available, or service will be upgraded as needed.

**The following areas may not qualify for gas appliance hook-up:

  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Minnesota
  • New Hampshire
  • Texas
  • Vermont
  • Virginia
  • Washington, DC
  • Kansas – Clay and Ellis Counties
  • Omaha, NE
  • New York City
  • Charlotte, NC

 

    • National Delivery:
      If your item(s) originate at a location that is more than 75 miles from your delivery address, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive at a local delivery hub near you. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. You will then receive an email from our delivery provider which will allow you to schedule your delivery date. On the date of delivery, you will get a pre-delivery call about a half hour before the delivery driver arrives to your home.National Delivery has four different service levels:

 

    • Basic: Your item(s) will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway.
      Curbside delivery does not include hook-up/installation, assembly of items, or removal of packaging.
    • Standard: Your item(s) will be delivered inside the main entrance of your home.
      Standard delivery does not include hook-up/installation, assembly of items, or removal of packaging.
    • Deluxe: Your item(s) will be delivered to a room of your choice (such as a kitchen or laundry room).
      Deluxe delivery includes unpacking and removal of packaging materials but does not include hook-up/installation or assembly of items.
    • Premier: Your item(s) will be delivered to a room of your choice (such as a kitchen or laundry room) and installed.
      Premier delivery includes unpacking and removal of packaging materials as well as hook-up/installation for appliances, as needed.
      Installation does not cover/include any required modifications to cabinets. Existing utility lines must be in place. Per code, a new gas or water line may be required for hook-up.
